When the BASELINE shows that a property needs more than care, GERMAN HOUSE can plan and execute renovation or remodelling works with the same standard of documentation, coordination and quality control. Every project closes with GERMAN HOUSE handover documentation, including photo or video walkthrough where appropriate.

How long does a BASELINE take?

The BASELINE report is prepared, structured and signed within 14 working days from intake to delivery, depending on property access and scope. It includes findings, photos, priorities, recommendations and three decision horizons: Now, Next and Horizon.
